ARTIST STATEMENT

I am a storyteller. At times, only my voice conveys the story. Other times, poetry captures the images. As time has passed, I find my hands seeking more tactile experiences, working with clay, fiber, and paper. This is my journey: to make sense of who I am; to unravel the twisted strands that conflict life. Only in the restringing of my violin can I find harmony.
