A rhyme scheme is defined as a strategic arrangement of words that rhyme in a poem or stanza. One usually uses alphabets to indicate the rhyming lines in a poem to identify the rhyme scheme. For example: a,b,a,b is used to indicate that the first and third lines of the stanza rhyme, as do the second and the fourth. |
